Game Hero tour policy

At Game Hero, your satisfaction comes first. We are proud of the quality and service we provide and want to ensure that you are always satisfied with your purchases. If a product is not entirely to your liking, we have drawn up a clear and simple returns policy.

How does our returns policy work?

  1. Validity : You can return a product up to 30 days after receipt.
  2. Contact : Let us know that you would like to return a product by contacting us via email or telephone. Please include your order number and the reason for return.
  3. Instructions : Our team will provide you with all necessary instructions to return the product to us.
  4. Costs : The return costs are borne by the customer. These vary between €6 and €14, depending on weight and location.
  5. Refund : After receiving and checking the product, we will refund the purchase amount via the payment method you used.

Important points :

  • The product must be returned undamaged, unused and in the original packaging, with all associated accessories and manuals.
  • Return shipments must have a track & trace code.
  • Damaged, used products or products without original packaging will not be accepted.
  • Customized or personalized products are excluded from our returns policy unless they are defective or do not match the description.
  • Have you received an incorrect or damaged product? Please contact us immediately so that we can resolve this quickly for you.
